Replication Question

Can you add an ER node to more than one domain? I have an ER server sync'd to one domain - all servers are IDS11.5. I need to replicate data to one of these servers from another domain of servers which are IDS 10. If I issue the command 'cdr define server --init g_IDS15 --sync g_IDS10 will it wipe out anything already set up for the 11.5 group? not the answer I wanted - darn it... oh well - I will just have to update one server then start it all again to bring it to the other group.
