RE: HPL limitations
Posted in 2000
I can't seem to find the reference to blobs and express mode loads and unloads, but I know that we always have to load/unload our tables with blob datatypes without HPL. The index to the HPL book references limitations with Express mode under Blobs, but the actual page doesn't say anything about it. -Scott > -----Original Message----- > From: owner-informix-list@iiug.org > [mailto:owner-informix-list@iiug.org]On Behalf Of Carlson@WHSmith > Sent: Wednesday, February 09, 2000 12:11 PM > To: informix-list@iiug.org > Subject: HPL limitations > > > I thought I'd read where HPL can't handle ANSI databases or text / byte > column types, but I can't find the documentation anywhere.
