Unless you (or App Page Builder) is using some variant of BLOB, CLOB, BYTE or TEXT to store the page, then there is an upper limit of about 32 kB on the size of the data that can be stored in a single row in the database. Even LVARCHAR only allows 2 kB storage, though it can relay 32 kB of data to/from the database. > I changed the enviroment variable in the configuration file web.cnf, in > this way: > MI_WEBMAXHTMLSIZE 100000 > > But the problem still exists. > Any idea to fix it? Reduce the complexity of your web page somehow. Or increase its complexity by using frames or server-side includes or something to avoid having as much data in a single page. Not very helpful; there may be an alternative answer, but the database does impose a 32 kB limit on rows. -- Jonathan Leffler (jleffler@informix.com, jleffler@earthlink.net) Guardian of DBD::Informix v0.60 -- see http://www.perl.com/CPAN #include <disclaimer.h>
