MS IIS & db connection

Working with a Win CGI app attempting to connect to my Informix database through IIS on WinNT 4 machine. It tells me that it cant load the locale categories. Has anyone had any experience with this? Windows NT 4.0 SP4 IFMX v. 7.30 TC3 I am trying to attach locally (on the server) that is also running IIS. Testing with a Windows 98 machine using MS Personal Web Server, I can attach fine. Also, I have found necessary 'service packs' for other databases we port to that can make the connection. However, I have found no such patches or other connection software for IIS. -S.M.Pasco

The IIS is using a special user account IUSR_servername, and under this user you didnt run setnet.
