Instance manager on NT version

Hi, Do anyone know what kind of switches has got of Instance Manager on WinNT? I'd like to create a new instance from a batch without interactions. I have figured out the following switches: -d <servername> : delete this server instance -c <servename> : start to create a new server instance, but it needs more details -s <config file> : ?
