Bug # 11718

Can anyonen tell me where to find information on bug descriptions and the versions containing their solutions? A newly-acquired client of mine purchased a large third-party application (from an Informix Partner), and purchased Online to provide backend services. after all this outlay, the software refused to run due to bug # 11718, "The Twin Problem, Adjacent Key Locking & Key Value Locking." This was since the beginning of *1995*!! Since then, after much useless feedback from Informix and the third-party software house, no-one has given any indication as to whether the bug has been fixed and in what version. The specifics are as follows: - OnLine 5.00.UD5 - SCO 3.2.4.2 I have searched Informix's website, but could not find any information on bug reports (as used to be present in InformixLink.. whatever happened to this?). It seems to me that www.informix.com is more of a marketing tool than a one-stop source for Informix-info that their users may appreciate. Not at all in-line with my expectations of the world's #1 provider of relational database technology! Thanks for your time and effort.
