Dynamic 4GL: Errors using Winexec()

I'm trying to invoke a program in d4gl using Winexec(), but get the error message (via DDEGetError() ) "CreateProcess for [path of my prog]: did not found syserrs.txt for:3". Can anyone tell me what this is about please? -Andy Kent- Bristol, England.

I have experienced problems with calls to Winexec but I can't tell you if it's the same. They tend to disappear as I upgrade to a new release (called 2.02.3b1 as a Four J's license) on the server and release 1.40 or more for the client.
