OnLine does not use the real time to determine when a log item should be restored. It uses an internal mechanism a bit like a counter. The first write is 1, the second 2, the third 3 etc. This is how it knows which pages to flush during a checkpoint, it reads through the buffers looking for pages with a value greater than the one used at the last checkpoint. As far as your timezone change is concerned, you shouldn't have any problems. The internal timestamps will continue to be incremented even though your system clock will go back one hour.
