I find Unix easy to admin. Also, it is very much easier to administrate from remote locations. I think that Unix is such a beast to admin is a myth. Of course, some knowledge is required, but IMO knowledge is never vasted. Upgrading from HP-UX 10.10 to 10.20 is just running a upgrade.
