Fail to initialize shm on linux

Hi, I have installed informix dynamic server 7.30 on linux but fail to start(after typing oninit is still off-line), it seems that share memory cannot be attached. When i close the server(onmode -ky) it shows err 43(Protocol not supported). Does anyone know how to correct this problem ? Thanks !!
