Can I change path of an existing chunk?

I'm trying to copy an existing instance data into
another instance on the same box. I can use
standard migration tools but am trying
to 'backdoor' it using onbar.
I have created an exact duplicate instance of my
primary instance, backed up the primary, changed
the logical links of the primary to point at the
duplicate raw disks, and restored. This worked,
placing that same data on two different sets of
raw disks.
I can successfully bring up both instances.
However, when I bring up the duplicate instance
it shows my chunks pointing to the original
(primary) links and I need them to point at the
new (duplicate instance) links.
If I can change the path of the chunks of the
duplicate, the data is already there on the raw
disk, it should work. Anyone know if this can be
done? (or maybe another one to accomplish this)

You can't do it. It's a shortcoming of the IDS design.
