No. You must get the iBCS module from tsx-11.mit.edu:/pub/linux/BETA/ibcs2/ (and perhaps the substitute COFF shared libc and libnsl). Read the documentation, make, install and you can run programs for all kinds of other Unix flavours. You still won't be able to build compiled Informix 4GL programs (as opposed to RDS). It is not possible to mix and match headers and libraries from different systems and come up with anything usable. But it isn't difficult to host the remains of your old x86 Unix system(s) under Linux+iBCS and use their compilers.
