Have you addressed these concerns to the managers in the relevant support centre that you call? byrdfarmer@hotmail.com (byrdfarmer) wrote in message news:<5e52df43.0405130849.711585f7@posting.google.com>... > I know this isnt much help, but I think its a small group of tech > support folks that have trouble with the passport thing. I'm still finding UK support excellent despite IBM's best efforts, and as long as you stay away from PissPoor Disadvantage. scottishpoet wrote: > > Have you addressed these concerns to the managers in the relevant > support centre that you call? > > byrdfarmer@hotmail.com (byrdfarmer) wrote in message news:<5e52df43.0405130849.711585f7@posting.google.com>... > > I know this isnt much help, but I think its a small group of tech > > support folks that have trouble with the passport thing. I second the sentiment about the quality of UK support having been maintained. Reference PA: yes, it is unwieldy, extermely partner-unfriendly relative to the old Informix programmes, and apparently particularly badly implemented and administered within the UK: but it's just a contract method and doesn't affect the actual quality of the support. Well, not until the 1st July anyway ....
