If you have a entry for vt100 in /etc/termcap like
v1|vt100|vt-100|DEC vt100:\\
replace this with
v1|vt100|vt-100|dtterm|DEC vt100:\\
dont forget to unset TERMCAP, INFORMIXTERM.
If not, check for $INFORMIXDIR/etc/termcap do the same and set
TERMCAP=$INFORMIXDIR/etc/termcap.
dbaccess and other applications will work well with vt100 emulation on
ddterm or xterm.
