This message may mean only that *a* chunk exists in (part of) this space; it
does not necessarily mean that a dbspace *by this name* exists starting at
*this offset*. If, for example, you have a dbspace called 'foo' on the same
device but with offiset 100000 and size 10000, you will still get this
message, even though ccbdbs1 does not exist. Then, you will also get the
following message when you try to drop ccbdbs1:
