Event Properties 7.31 Tc5

Since we use Informix 7.31 Tc5 on Windows NT 4.0 we cannot use the Command Center anymore. We use another tool for it named ISA. In the Command Center I could change the event properties : eg. Backup Completed, Data Capacity 80 %, Maximum Locks 90 %, ... . How can I now set these parameters ? Is it possible to do an update in the database. Is these information stored in a table ?
