about Installation on AIX

Dear all, I've encounter problem about installation of informix on AIX 4.3.2 , when I try "oninit", it shows exec(): 0509-036 Cannot load program oninit because of the following errors: 0509-027 Member pty.o is not found or file is not an archive. 0509-027 Member pty.o is not found or file is not an archive. 0509-022 Cannot load library libc_r.a[pty.o]. 0509-026 System error: A file or directory in the path name does not exist.
