Don't know whose ODBC driver you're using or what your configuration is. However, the error you are seeing is typically associated with the PATH environment variable not being set or being set incorrectly, so that the ODBC driver can't find files it needs. For example, take a look at: http://www.sco.com/cgi-bin/ssl_reference?109324 which is the form of the error when we saw it with our ODBC driver.
