NET 5.01.UD2 hangs after any client exits

Installation: Sun OS 4.1.4 both server and clients Online version 5.01.UD3 Star version 5.01.UD3 Net version 5.01.ud2 Problem: After ANY client application running through Net exits, no further clients on ANY client machine can connect. We have reinstalled from scratch and this time answered 'n' to the question "Does this machine support TCP/IP using sockets (y/n)? " The problem persists. Has anyone else experienced this problem?
