NewEra 2.0 and Win95 ?

(when one program closes the database connection, so do the other ones). If it really works, I'll make the effort to upgrade to 2.11 now instead of waiting for version 3. On my tests with version 1.10 on win95 I could run 7, 8 ,... programs simultaneously. On win31 I can only run 2, sometimes 3 programs.
