An update: I haven't been able to get a JDBC connection setup at all, but that's most likely partly my aversion to all things Java ;-) and part my Windows blindspot. I still don't have the ODBC working in OO.o but it works everywhere else. However, this machine is a bit flaky. Every zip or install executable file I download to it says it's corrupt when I try to extract or run it. If I download the same file on another machine, no problems. So, my next try it to set this all up on another box and see what happens. I'll keep everyone who's interested posted. Art S. Kagel Oninit, LLC.
if the windows is a bit weird, try a good check disk... it does miracle... chkdsk /f /v /x /r and reboot... do it before a good break ;-). -----Original Message----- From: informix-list-bounces@iiug.org [mailto:informix-list-bounces@iiug.org] On Behalf Of Art S.
