I think you must be referring to i4gl, the programmer's environment for use
with I4GL c-code development system -- the I4GL-RDS p-code system
programmer's environment, r4gl, doesn't have any library fields in it.
No, there is no way of specifying a useful path for custom libraries. Time
to upgrade to using Make.
