The problem was installation sequence. In the installation manulas of Online 7, Informix SQL is not listed (where they have listed the sequence of loading softwares). So, I assumed that is will work. So, I installed the Online 7. Installed Informix SQL and my Online 7 will not start. I had to reinstall the Online 7 (which makes my installation sequence proper !).
