OWS 7.12 (One with SuiteSpot) - Prob with cursors in Stored Proc

Hi all, We are using the Informix OWS 7.12 which comes bundled with Netscape Suite Spot and we are trying to use cursors in Stored procedures. Is there any kind of limitations on this version of Informix OWS ? The problem we are having is as follows. I am getting a 201 error while doing a DECLARE CURSOR. I get the same error if i move the SQL statement to a PREPARE statement preceeding the DECLARE CURSOR statement. Are there any known limitations (especially with Cursors ) ?
