Anyway, the end result is that it does allow nulls, so you have to put some validation logic after input or after row, then return the user to the 'required' row and field that is null, which requires a programming hack (which should have been something on Tim's feature request list, i.e. row positioning in an input array) of making a dummy noentry field on the end of the row, and using 'next field' for this dummy field to position to the next row down to get down to the row you want.
