last run date of update statistics
Hi,
how can i find the last update statistics run date for a table. i do not collec
t distributions ie i run the following statement-
UPDATE STATISTICS LOW FOR TABLE glpca
here 'glpca' is a table.
i do not get the correct value in 'constructed' field from the 'sysdistrib'
table. where else should i look in ?

I don't believe that the date of the last LOW is recorded. In
sysdistrib Constructed contains last time a Medium or High.

This question was asked and answered just a week or two ago. It's not
recorded anywhere in any version before 11.10. Only the date and time
of distribution collection (ie UPDATE STATISTICS HIGH/MED) is stored, as
you surmised in the sysdistrib table. But UPDATE STATSTICS LOW only
updates systables, syscolumns and sysindexes/sysindices NOT sysdistrib.
