We recently purchased the Informix Online database engine and 4GL developer tools for one of the underdog UNIX platforms (DEC OSF/1). We had some problems with some of the libraries that came with the developer tools. Once the problem was logged in their system, I received calls on a regular basis updating me on the progress of the fix. The new tapes came along shortly there after. And unlike some other technical support groups, they actually knew what I was talking about! But as always, you get what you pay for. Make sure to buy a support contract when you buy a product.
