ISAM/Deadlock Error

Hi, We are running OnLine 5.08 on SPARC (Solaris 2.5). Our Office Automation application (written in ESQL/C), generates these messages while running: ISAM error: deadlock detectedXView warning: textsw: max number of menu files is 40 (Textsw package) opening database: error no -1250. Cannot open file 'rds.iem'ISAM error no 24. Cannot open file 'os.iem' XView warning: textsw: max number of menu files is 40 (Textsw package) opening database: error no -1250. Unable to create pipes. ISAM error no 24.Too many open files Could not do an indexed read to get the next row. ISAM error no -143. ISAM error: deadlock detected What is the cause of the problem? Any comments?
