Problem witl WingZ external functions on a PC

Most of the time work is done on HP workstation and I have never got major problems (applications have been written to drive monochromators, acquisition cards..., all of them drived by a VME computer. The interface beetween WingZ and the drivers was done by C external functions). Today I have to write a program to drive a magnetic measurement bench with a PC, so I'd like to use WingZ in the same way I used it on other equipments, but (there is a "but" !) I am not able to call EXTERNALS FUNCTIONS ! I tried examples given with distribution disks (called "mydll.c" for example) without success. On this PC I use Borland C++ v3.1 as development tool. My version of WingZ is for Windows v3.0 and I am running Windows v3.1 I'd be very happy if someone could give me an example of a DLL he has written to do something similar. Thank you in advance
