Hi Marcus, I've tried to do set DB_LOCALE=8859-15 Then the system says -23101 Unable to load locale categories. Any idea? Thanks! That way, you will get an error when these are in the data. Try using 8859-15 as DB_LOCALE. That should cover all french characters. What is the code page for using a database with French characters? Hello, DB_LOCALE should consist of language_teritory.code_page e.g. fr_fr.8859-15 fr_fr.8859-1 hr_hr.8859-2 en_us.utf8 .... Hi Danny, DB_LOCALE should be pl_pl.8859-15, de_de.8859-15 or whatever your country is.
