While a backup is definitely the best way to go, I have managed to
recover from re-initializing an engine before. Let me know if you don't
have a backup, and I'll give you the details.

Note the information: 'Complete Disk Initialized'.
Someone mistyped 'oninit -iy' or thereabouts and rebuilt your
rootdbs from
scratch.
You need to go to your backups and restore from them. You did
have a curre=
nt
backup, didn't you? And you probably need to ensure that your
consultant
pays you for the damage done and the time taken to recover from
it.
