Yes, it is available for free as part of the newest Informix Client SDK 2.30TC1 for NT or W95/W98. You can download it via Intraware, who handle all the Informix software downloads. You'll have to register, but that is no problem: http://www.intraware.com There is also a download link on the Informix homepage, but clicking on that always gives me an "access denied" error. Could be a problem of our firewall/proxy.
