You need a development tool such as access, vb, powerbuilder, delphi, = etc. You need a simple odbc connection. You need a developer who knows = something about large databases (access programmers tend to think they = know and in reality make fundamental design mistakes) and you are in = business! Just remember, access can be a hog when it comes to how it manages and = controls databases.
