Mike, We have a tool, DB Privileges that adds Group Privileges to Informix Databases. It does what you requested. We have a 30 day evaluation that works with the Informix 4GL RDS. If there is enough interest I will set up a way to ftp the evaluation. Please send me email if you need more information.
