onstat -u has a column for number of locks, but it's a summary of thedifferent types.
onstat -k gives you more detail.
You have to "join" the address column from the onstat -u with the owner
column of the onstat -k to correlate the two facts together.
There are also sysmaster tables with this information in.
syslocks
syssesprof
syssessions
sysseswts
in the Administrators guide to the engine.
if you are on unix
you can issue the following command
onstat -k |awk '{print $3}'|sort|uniq -c|sort -nr|morethis will give the threads with the # of locks that each of them hold
the onstat -u |grep <thread id> will give you the sid
