Hi, If you are using HP-UX than you can use pvdisplay command for see the actual free space in your hard disk. The command as follows pvdisplay -v /dev/dsk/c0t0d0 | pg Now you have to multiple by PE Size (Mbytes) * Free PE = Total free space in your raw hard disk. Regards Prabal
