A bug was introduced in the IDS v7.30 that prevented ER Replication from becoming active. Your DBSERVERNAME cannot point to a shared memory connection. Bring the instance up under tcp and you'll be fine. My environment: Solaris 2.6 IDS v7.30 UC6 Steve Romankiw David Link wrote: > Before you issue the cdr start, you need to issue a cdr define server, then > cdr define repl, then cdr define group, then cdr start. > > If you need more help, my all means, ask for it... :-) > > ----- Original Message ----- > From: <serrsm@my-deja.com> > To: <informix-list@iiug.org> > Sent: Tuesday, June 01, 1999 12:23 PM > Subject: Enterprise Replication help? > > > We have Solaris 7 and IDS 7.30.UC7.
