Date errors (12/31/1899) in I-SQL forms & reports

I'm getting DATE errors in I-SQL forms. Here are the steps when the error occurs: 1. Entered a date in a date field on the form that previously had a NULL value (verified by SQL), 2. Navigated to the next field, 3. Navigated back the date field and cleared the field by entering Control-D, 4. Navigated to the next field. The date 12/31/1899 then appears in that date field. If I press ESC to update the row and retrieve the row with an SQL statement, I get 12/31/1899. A co-worker working with another application on the same Unix machine is also having problems with his ace reports printing NULL dates with a USING clause. He's getting 10 spaces and it's screwing up some of his reports. Anyone have any ideas why all this is happening? (I set DBCENTURY=C and still got the strange behavior.)
