Yes, that is a good start. The se means Standard Engine, when you need on for OnLine. I know it doesn't make much sense now they renamed the products. It also means you haven't started your database server yet. Which considering that your sqlhosts is broken, probably means you haven't initialised your database server, which probably means you haven't setup your database server, which.....
