Translating with DrWatson… this can take a few seconds the first time.
This is a genuine, complex translation. DrWatson protects commands, error codes, and log output while naturally translating the surrounding text. It’s translated once and saved.

The function substr() is available from version 7.30. Use [..,..] instead.

Onderwerp: [Q]substr with informix PE
Hi
I tried to use substr() in SQL syntax with informix PE(maybe 7.2?).
But Informix said it can't find substr procedure. Why? Did I install it
incorrectly? Or did I miss something on installing it?
Thank you in advance..
Happy New Year!!!
