Can anybody tell = if >this might have an impact on the engin or database. = If you change the owner-id of all files belonging to informix too (and do= n't forget the owner-id of the database files or raw devices) it should work.= = Make sure that no database is running when doing the change. I'm not sure about things like entries in cron.allow or at.allow or things like privgroup for KAIO - maybe it might be even necessary to do a reboot of the system to be sure everything works. = Regards, Andreas Kutsche = ------------------------------------------------ SPAR Oesterreichische Warenhandels-AG Hauptzentrale Europastra=DFe 3 A-5015 Salzburg = Telefon : +43 662 4470 24423 E-Mail : Andreas.KUTSCHE@spar.at Internet: http://www.spar.at ------------------------------------------------ = ----LNX_Fri_Dec_12_2003_10:03:19_V3.33----

Also, you will need to change ownership of your chunks.
