server stopped due to long transaction

the following parameters have been set to LTXHWM 50 # Long transactionhigh water mark percentage LTXEHWM 60 # Long transactionhigh water mark (exclusive) respectively, and I have 47 logical logs with each of them has ~16 Mb in size.
