Transactional commit of Informix and MQ Series together

My application needs data transfer to another application. My application uses Informix database. We are using IBM MQ series for sending data from one application to the other. Basically the data is put into the queue using a stored procedure which is invoked on a trigger written on an update in the Informix table in my applicaiton. Now the problem is, this trigger is fired even when there is no commit happens on the Informix side, which will result in adding non committed data also into the MQ. Because of this on the other end of the queue, non committed data is also received. To overcome this problem I want to consider Informix update and task of adding to MQ as one 'unit of work' and commit both of them together. Is there any way of doing this.
