Hi,
Do the AIOs vp lunch treaths as CPUs vp do ?
According to onstat -g ath, #AIOs threaths seem to be equal to #AIOs
vp.

I'm not sure of your question but let's give it a stab. If you are
running KAIO turned on then there is exactly one KAIO thread (or aio
thread) started by each CPU VP to coordinate asynchronous I/O for it.
If you are NOT running with KAIO turned on then there will be AIOVPS
number of AIO VPS started and each will have ONLY its main line
thread performina asynchronous I/O for any CPU VP that needs service.
The AIO threads are the only OS level threads that ANY IDS VP will
spawn. If that's not the question or you need more details, feel
free to post again.

Good Morning,
Well, I missed an "a" in "lunch". That is to say: "launch".
Maybe I didn't chose the best verb in this case (as usual) but
sometimes I have some clouds on my head while using my English ...
Yes Art, you understood what I meant. Thanks.
Manel Falcó.
PS: I'll try to lunch some AIOs this morning ...
