Actually, it was one of your people who verified that it doesn't work for shared memory, stream pipe or loopback connections. I would seriously doubt it'd be a zero-impact tool if it was otherwise. If that's wrong, you guys should really get your act together before advertising the product the way you are. If it can't handle those connections, you should be more clear about that--"sent over the network" is a statement that's easily overlooked, considering how much text is in your ad.
