Need a report that outputs to a file

I need to create a report that outputs to a file. No heading info is required. Each record will be 400 characters long and terminated by appending ^J and ^M. The report will be a few hundred lines long and cannot contain page breaks. Can this be done in Classic 4gl without resorting to C function calls? Thanks Aaron
