Cannot drop a database

Hello, my setup: Informix Online DS 7.23.UC1 running on an RM600 SINIX 5.42 I created a database, loaded data into it and then tried to drop it again due to an application error. I tried to drop the DB then and failed. I rebooted both Informix and the Host. Still it won't let me drop the database.
