Several calls to tech support have resulted in the admittance that there is a problem after about 12,000 to 13,000 queries to the database. A problem report #35564 has been issued by Informix Techs. They will upgrade to a bug after more testing. If any one is interested or is having similar problems please feel free to ask your tech to look up case #323-045, in order to put more pressure on Informix. Other symptoms I have seen are processes hanging with no error messages...no cpu time used... it just hangs. Rodj
