On all the platforms I have worked on the Informix Page size was 2K. {SCO x.x, UNIXWARE 2.x, True64 - Digital, HP, SUN Sparc} Anyone worked on a platform with a different page size ? 2K Used to be a integer limitation. -----Original Message----- From: Klaus Gundermann [SMTP:Klaus.Gundermann@t-online.de] Sent: Wednesday, May 03, 2000 10:10 PM To: informix-list@iiug.org Subject: Page Size on Solaris (Informix 7.31) Hello, the docs say: "The page size depends on the OS-Platform" but why uses IDS 7.31 a 2 KB page size on Solaris 2.6 with 8 KB pages? Any idea? Thanks Klaus-Dieter Gundermann
