Hi On Informix 7.14 there is a structure named _sqcursor within sqlhdr.h This cursor definition is not in sqlhdr.h on Informix 7.30 and subsequently when I run esql the code which appeared ( for example a extern declaration for _SQCURSOR *_iqnprep(); ) does not appear and the code doesn't seem to work correctly anymore. Is there any way of getting the .ec to declare cursors, so that they are automatically declared in the subsequent .c file. Is there an equivalent to the function _iqnprep() ? TIA John H
